Ticker was founded in 2019 and has since insured over 200,000 drivers with a connected motor policy (also known as telematics or black box insurance).

Connected motor insurance has been tried and tested over the last 15 years, making insurance more affordable for good drivers.

Ticker protects your data in line with the UK’s strict data protection laws. Your driving data is used only for managing your policy, working out your price and protecting you against fraudulent claims.

We don’t share your data (including how you drive) with other insurers
You can request absolute eradication of your driving data when you leave us
Data can only be obtained by police in the rare circumstances of a serious event
All data is destroyed automatically within seven years
