I doff my cap to everyone at Ticker for being shortlisted for MGA of the Year in the British Insurance Awards 2025 – for the second year running.
2024 was another excellent year of growth, with over £100m of connected motor insurance and a market-leading loss ratio performance in the mid-50s.
The year also saw two significant steps in innovation: being one of the first to launch a telematics proposition designed for older drivers, and moving to 100% digital service. It increased efficiency and reduced costs, while maintaining a very high customer satisfaction rate.
Alongside this success, we continue to have a huge focus on staff wellbeing. Our annual staff surveys get better every year, which is something I take particular pride in.
We do all of this while remembering our moral responsibility to road safety and creating better, safer drivers.
